Aloha members & retirees,
Retirees should have received a letter in the mail confirming their eligibility to register for a COVID-19 vaccine which we are partnering with the Hawaii State Department of Health in administering on March 19th and April 16th (first dose on March 19th, second dose on April 16th) at Ke’ehi Lagoon. The retirees’ letter includes information that any retiree + spouse 65+ years of age, can register for the vaccines.
In addition, beginning TODAY, ACTIVE members (member only, not spouse), will be added to our vaccination eligibility list due to the addition of the 1C category which includes our members.
Registration must be done by our staff, and you will need your first and last name, contact info (email AND cell number) as well as insurance information.
