NORTH SHORE KOKUA – help needed

March 26, 2026 | by IBEW 1186

As you all know, much of Oahu’s North Shore along with many parts of our state were ravaged during the last two Kona low floods and the process is overwhelming for many. We need your manpower and kokua – we are not quite sure what exactly you will be doing, please come and bring whoever you would like to help ‘ohana on the North Shore. We will be meeting up at Haleiwa Distilling Co. tomorrow (Friday, March 28th) at 9 AM, and Saturday (time/location TBD) located at 67-106 Kealohanui Street in Waialua. Wear your union shirt, work boots and pants (READ: da kine that can get dirty) safety boots, bring towels and a change of clothes, and we will see you there! If you have shovels/buckets please bring those too! Bring water to stay hydrated as well.

If you, or someone you know can help, please reach out to Leyton at 808-798-1669 or email leyton@ibew1186.org.
